TUGBOAT design team is composed of professionals from leading companies in the world’s top 500, led by Stephen, a renowned industrial designer from California. The team includes top talents from FMCG, Internet, consumer electronics, and other industries. With extensive design experience in various fields, TUGBOAT creates innovative electronic atomization designs by combining and integrating different perspectives.

R & D
In the field of electronic atomization, TUGBOAT’s products boast independent intellectual property rights and an impressive portfolio of over 140 patents. These patents span across all areas of atomization products, including pod systems, disposable devices, open systems, and CBD. The dedicated research and development team comprises more than 50 highly skilled individuals, and the company’s commitment to innovation is evident in its annual investment, which accounts for over 6% of its revenue.

TUGBOAT operates advanced, dust-free production facilities with cutting-edge testing and packaging equipment, creating a modern and efficient manufacturing environment. By continually incorporating automated equipment, Tugboat ensures consistent product quality and enhances production efficiency and capacity. With over 12 production lines, TUGBOAT can manufacture up to 500,000 units per day. TUGBOAT is equipped with a comprehensive quality management system and has obtained ISO9001 certification. We have also implemented Samsung’s refined production management system. With a dedicated quality management team of over 50 people, our products undergo more than 60 testing processes, from raw material procurement to finished product assembly. We strictly adhere to international standards such as CE, RoHS, UKCA, and others, ensuring consistent quality for our atomization products.
